1. Polishing the roller

2. Clean the noodles

3. Apply adhesive

First, apply the metal treatment agent thinly and evenly on the polished surface of the roller, and let it dry completely. Then mix the adhesive in a specific proportion evenly, apply forcefully and evenly on the cylinder once, wait for it to dry completely, and then paint a second time, and also paint on the surface of the rubber sheet.

4. Paste the rubber sheet

When the adhesive dries to slightly sticky but does not adhere to the back of the fingers, paste the rubber sheet, and roll it with a compaction roller, use a rubber hammer to beat the rubber sheet firmly to ensure that there are no bubbles inside, and finally fill it with a glue gun Seams, and polish the edges.
