What are the applications of Encapsulated rollers products? In the past, applications have included data storage and transfer via rollers, and storage and transfer via solid state drives (SSDs) – both are useful solutions, however data security is compromised when we use one form of storage over another. We believe that an Encapsulated rollers is an approach that uses the natural physical properties of data to make it difficult, if not impossible to intercept.Encapsulated rollers can make direct physical contact with the data (in any form) at the top or the bottom, and as such have no physical interface to the data at the top and the bottom of the drive. It is as if a surface is created where some data (the hard drive, for instance) lies or even overlies the rollers. As such, no one is even supposed to know which portion of the rollers touched that data.

Structure of Encapsulated rollers products.the following parts are arranged into a frame: a top plate, a bottom plate, an outer layer, a base plate, an intermediate layer, and a top sheet. The bottom plate rests on a lower cover plate, but there's no intermediate sheet on the top plate since the top plate was cut for the frame. In general, this layout creates a more rigid structure. The bottom and top layers are more rigid and the intermediate layers are slightly weaker. This helps preserve the structural integrity of the foam. On the other hand, the bottom and top layers can be "brushed off the frame sheet" in order to create a "molded" structure. For example, the "brushed off" portion of the frame sheet allows the top plate sheet to roll around with relative ease while maintaining the structural integrity of the foam.
What are the characteristics of Encapsulated rollers products? To make them work properly, Encapsulated Rollers use the highest possible pressure of 2 atmospheres or 7,000 pounds per square inch. To get the highest possible compression, they require the "stiction" of the compressed air at the end of the roller to reach the compression point, which is just over the center of the ring. Stiffness and other properties of the air that are not part of the compression are not important, it's just the pressure at the end that matters. Strictly speaking, a larger (more powerful) roller doesn't necessarily have a larger compression value. The bigger the roller, the higher the pressure it will exert on the air inside the ring. The more pressure, the higher the compression, a high compression rating is often an indication of a larger size of motor.
